BuildCrate is an e-commerce platform that facilitates fast delivery (within 30 minutes in certain zones) of genuine building and hardware materials — such as cement, plumbing items, paints, and electricals — directly to customers including homeowners, contractors, and builders.

Key services include:

  • Upload-based Quotation Tool (camera/gallery-based material list upload)
  • Product browsing and purchasing
  • Delivery tracking and support
  • Customer service via direct call button

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are using the Platform for lawful purposes.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You may be required to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support.buildcrate@gmail.com in case of unauthorized access.

5. ORDERING & PAYMENTS

  • Orders can be placed via app or website.
  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking).
  • BuildCrate reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. DELIVERY POLICY

  • Standard delivery time: within 30 minutes in eligible zones; otherwise, based on serviceable region.
  • Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
  • Real-time tracking or contact with delivery personnel may be available.
  • Delivery Charges: May apply based on order size, distance, or promotional conditions.

6.1 Delivery Zones

  • Delivery is currently limited to selected areas within Hyderabad city and nearby zones.
  • For future expansions, availability will be updated within the app and website.

7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

7.1 Customer Unavailability

If a customer is unavailable at the delivery location:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
  • If unreachable or delayed beyond 10 minutes, the order may be returned.
  • A re-delivery fee may apply, and BuildCrate reserves the right to cancel the order.

7.2 Site Accessibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Delivery site is accessible to two/four-wheelers.
  • Proper directions or landmarks are provided in the delivery instructions.

7.3 Road Limitations

If the road is narrow, unfinished, or inaccessible for our vehicle:

  • The customer must arrange alternate access or accept delivery at the nearest accessible point.
  • Our delivery partner may attempt to call and discuss options.
  • If delivery is not possible even at the alternate point, the order may be cancelled and returned.
  • A re-delivery or cancellation charge may apply depending on the effort and resources used.

8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or counterfeit products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To request a return, email support.buildcrate@gmail.com with order details and proof (photo/video).
  • Refunds will be initiated via original payment method within 7-10 working days after verification.

9. PRODUCT WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

  • BuildCrate sells only original, manufacturer-authorized products.
  • Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer.
  • BuildCrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Engage in unauthorized resale or redistribution.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform — including logos, visuals, texts, and software — is the property of BuildCrate or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
  • Upon legal requirement

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karimnagar, Telangana.
